As of now though, the Coyote Company served two clients: The Jet Cartel and The Industrial Republic as harassers of Federation caravans.
What started out as a peaceful protest mass in Albuquerque soon formed their own country. The Trade Federation comprises of small merchants and caravans who resisted the policy of trade routes toll by the Industrial Republic. Headquartered in Santa Fe, the Trade Federation got involved in occasional skirmishes in securing trade routes. To enforce its will, the Trade Federation has formed the Federation Armed Legion; a conscript-filled armed forces responsible for Federation operations and caravan security.
The Industrial Republic of Albuquerque is an autocratic, hypercapitalistic of post-war "capitalists". This republic is led by the joint council called "The Senate" of most influential capitalists in the land: including the New Wasteland Railroad Company, Blake Robotics, and Brantverages Group. As of now, the Republic is led by President Vaughn Tassis of the New Wasteland Railroad Company.
Officially, the New California Republic stands for democracy, personal liberty, and rule of law;[14] these values have been upheld unevenly both within and without. The NCR grew through imperialistic expansionism, both to acquire resources and pacify border regions, benefiting its citizens at the cost of established residents. After the death of its second president Tandi, these policies intensified, and the Mojave Campaign was used as a vehicle to annex the Mojave Wasteland, but led to high casualties and financial costs. Though many supported this, it also drew criticism both inside and outside of the NCR.[20] The New California Republic decided to expand to New Mexico; sending in scout teams, probes, and merchant convoys albeit they are not that interested in the region
After the destruction of the Oil Rig; many Enclave remnants fled eastward. Under the leadership of Lieutenant Layne McCorick; they found their new headquarters at White Sands Missile Range; deep underground hidden from the Brotherhood of Steel and the New California Republic. They have one goal: To restart the Enclave and hire more manpower. Yet, they face a challenge thanks to the destruction of the oil rig that diminished their reputation. When the news of Vault 72 came to their ears; they are relieved. They started sending in robots and spies to spy on the Vault.
Brotherhood of Steel is a post-war organization interested in collecting pre-war technology. They formed the Gamma Outpost in New Mexico. However, as the first newcomer to Nueve Mexico; the Brotherhood of Steel saw conflict with the local influential faction- New Wasteland Railroad Company - a post-war railroad company that operates an army of restored pre-war robots. Eventually, they ran out of manpower by the time the Treaty of Albuquerque; that opens New Wasteland to entry of foreigners; is signed. They now run a modest, simple outpost called Outpost Gamma in Sandia Mountains
When the Great War happened, in 2077; Curious scientists started a programme. They realize the Great War happened thanks to the greed of humanity. They ask themselves a question, "What if we can make better humans?" Then, genetic modification became their answer. Throughout generations- they designed modified humans. They killed mutated fetuses. They raise perfect humanity. However, these perfect humanity soon turned against their creator. They expelled the humans out from the Vault 72; making the vault the first clone-driven fault. Brotherhood of Steel, New California Republic, and Brotherhood of Steel heard about it. Through stories. Through travelers.
Vault 52 is a Vault-Tec vault built in New Mexico. The experiment? People are placed under constant surveillance. The overseer is given unlimited rights. It became an authoritarian vault shortly. Resistance groups start to form. Political ideologies emerge silently. Insurgents started forming. The security guards became the secret police. It is about time before a revolution shall erupt.
