
Sir Brastias is a loyal, experienced, disciplined, and formidable knight who serves Arthur. He is one of the older and more seasoned warriors around Camelot and becomes an important member of Arthur’s military forces. Unlike Kay, Brastias isn’t Arthur’s brother or lifelong companion. His loyalty comes primarily from his duty as a knight and his belief in Arthur as king. Relationships Brastias is primarily connected to Arthur, Kay, Gawain, Leontes, Merlin, and the knights of Camelot. He serves alongside Arthur’s other knights and is part of the military foundation of the new Camelot. He respects Arthur’s position but, as an experienced warrior, isn’t simply another follower who blindly agrees with everything Arthur does. His role is largely that of a dependable soldier and commander whom Arthur can rely upon when Camelot faces threats.
