Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, left leg, right cheek and right arm are purple, while the right ear, right leg, left cheek and left arm are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller. ## Personality Looey is a jolly, comical Toon who's a part of a circus troupe alongside his friends Yatta and Blot. Though he may be a clown, he knows when things must be taken seriously. Despite being a performer, capable of entertaining live audiences with his hard work, he very ironically seems to have a more shy and nervous side that is most noticeable
