Rubble: A gruff-looking but sweet and athletic 5-year-old English Bulldog and the team's construction worker. His vehicle is a bulldozer. He is a big eater who likes to crack jokes, often relating to his love of eating. His catchphrases are "Rubble on the double!" and "Let's dig it!". He is voiced by Billy West. Chase: A mature and independent 7-year-old German Shepherd who serves as the team's police pup, traffic pup and second-in-command. His vehicle is a police car. Rocky: An aquaphobic but enthusiastic and resourceful 6-year-old mixed breed Eco pup and the team's ecologist. His vehicle is a recycling truck that transforms into a tugboat. He hates water and is often hesitant to carry out water-based missions, unless it involves using his scuba suit or becoming a Merpup. His catchphrases are "Green means go!" and "Don't lose it, reuse it!". He is voiced by Ben Schwartz. Zuma: A water and laughter-loving 5-year-old Chocolate Labrador Retriever whose role in the team is that of a water pup and lifeguard. She has the skills of a lifeguard, such as swimming and diving. Liberty: An energetic, tough and streetwise 8-year-old long-haired Dachshund who is the team's super spy, agent, detective, and search/rescue pup, as well as the third-in-command. He is the team's animal rescuer, jungle pup, zoologist and survivalist, as well as being the youngest member of the team. He has the skill of animal languages, and his vehicle is a jeep. He loves all animals and can also speak Spanish. His catchphrases are "I'm all ears!" ("Soy todo oidos!") and "To the rescue!" ("Al rescate!"). He is voiced by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Citizens of Adventure Bay: Cap'n Turbot: One of the PAW Patrol's most frequent callers and an occasional member of the team in the Mer-pup themed special episodes. He is a marine biologist who knows all kinds of animal facts. His main vehicle is a boat called the Flounder. His catchphrases are "Turbot tackles trout!" and "This cap'n can do!". Voiced by Bumper Robinson. Alex Porter: A young 5-year-old boy who is a fan of the PAW Patrol. He later becomes an honorary member of the team, as well as being the leader of his own team: The Mini Patrol. Voiced by Collin Dean and Jacob Tremblay. Francois Turbot: Cap'n Turbot's cousin and research partner, who lives with him in the Seal Island lighthouse. He works as a zoologist, artist, and nature photographer. He has a thick French accent and often uses French phrases in place of English words. Voiced by Rob Paulsen. Mr. Porter: The proprietor of Porter's Café in Adventure Bay as well as the grandfather of Alex Porter. Voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson. Mayor Goodway: The mayor of Adventure Bay who lives at the City Hall and is one of the PAW Patrol's frequent callers. She can be very panicky at times and also outsmarting her biggest rival, Mayor Humdinger. Voiced by Rosie O'Donnell. Katie: A young 10-year-old girl who works at the Adventure Bay pet parlor. She is loving and caring. Voiced by JoJo Siwa. Jake: A snowboarder from Adventure Bay who operates the snowboarding resort. He is Everest's good friend. Voiced by Ben Platt. Carlos: Ryder's 10-year-old pen pal from the jungle, and Tracker's good friend. Voiced by John Leguizamo. Chickaletta: Mayor Goodway's pet chicken, and a member of the Mini Patrol. Her clucks are provided by Frank Welker. Farmer Yumi: A farmer in Adventure Bay, as well as a mentor for Pup-fu. She cares greatly for her animals. Voiced by Victoria Justice. Farmer Al: The farmer of Moo Juice Dairy Farm in Adventure Bay and the husband of Farmer Yumi. Voiced by Jace Norman. Daring Danny X: A 10-year-old boy who made his debut in "Pups Save Daring Danny X". He was motivated to become a daredevil by a stunt Ryder performed during a rescue. A running gag is that when someone refers him as "Danny" or "Daring Danny", he would quote "That's Daring Danny X to you!". Voiced by Ben Giroux. Mayor Humdinger: The mayor of a neighboring town called Foggy Bottom who is the main antagonist of the series. He is the PAW Patrol and Mayor Goodway's biggest rival where he is always coming up with new plans to upstage Adventure Bay and make Foggy Bottom better which always get thwarted by the PAW Patrol. For some of his schemes, Humdinger would take up an alias that would eventually get his identity exposed. A running gag is that he would get annoyed if something happens to his top hat. In PAW Patrol: The Movie, Humdinger briefly became the Mayor of Adventure City due to his name being the only one on the ballot until his latest plan was thwarted by the PAW Patrol and the newly-formed City Patrol which led to his arrest and removal from his position of Mayor of Adventure City.
