Don Sonnellino, better known as Mafioso, is a Minor antagonist in the 2024 Roblox asymmetrical horror game, FORSAKEN, serving as the main antagonist of Chance's storyline. He also appears as a playable skin for C00lkidd. As his alias suggests, he is the leader of the Sonnellino Crime Family, and is known for causing havoc wherever he goes, most of which is done as part of a campaign to hunt down one particular person, that being Chance. He wants to reclaim the money that Chance won in his casino, presumably thinking that Chance cheated at one of the games (that moron was just very lucky). His Sonnellino family comes with four named ranks, that being Soldier, Contractee, Consigliere, and Caporegime. He is voiced by Georgelolwut. Appearance He appears as a typical Mafia gang leader, wearing a black fedora covering both of his eyes, along with a long black overcoat, white dress shirt, and a striped tie. This gives him classic 1920s-30s gangster vibes. He also takes on similar appearance with Chance, except Chance has sunglasses on, making him feel more like a cool gambler dude. Personality He is one of the few people in the Forsaken verse to not have their minds or memories warped by The Spectre, which means he knows exactly what he's doing to the survivors. You can say he's pretty coldhearted but also confused by what is happening in the forsaken realm as in a voiceline of his we hear him saying 'Who designed this place?’. Which would confirm he doesn’t know who the Spectre is. Biography He's the head of the Sonnellino family, in his lore they owned a casino, Chance actually had a deal with them, if he wins a game he gets the casino. And he won, but Mafioso won’t let that get away, as his goal is to kill Chance to get revenge. It is unknown if he died as he's not forsakened, but he's still hunting down Chance. Trivia So far, Mafioso is the only Killer skin in Forsaken to be "semi-canon" to the story, as while he is indeed a canon character tied to Chance's backstory, canonically he doesn't get kidnapped by The Spectre and trapped in it's realm. Originally, Mafioso originated from another Robloxgame called Frozen Soul where he appeared as a non-canon boss. However, when the developers of Frozen Soul revoked the rights to feature their character in Forsaken, the latter game's developers had to redesign and rewrite the lore; essentially creating their own version of the Mafioso character. Two of the named ranks who act as Mafioso's minions, Consigliere and Caporegime, are both named after actual titles and positions within a typical real-life Mafia organization. The Caporegime is for "lieutenants" who manage the organization's divisions and front businesses, while the Consigliere is the Boss's "left-hand" and personal advisor working outside the organization's strict hierarchy.
