Varamyr Sixskins is powerful, intelligent, bitter, and deeply unsettling. A legendary skinchanger and warg among the Free Folk, Varamyr can enter the minds of animals and control them. His name comes from the six animals he has successfully bonded with over his lifetime.

Unlike many wildlings, Varamyr has spent years developing his supernatural abilities, making him one of the most experienced skinchangers in the North. But his power has also made him arrogant and possessive, particularly toward other people with similar abilities.
