Boxten is a purple music box with a dark purple lid. A silver clasp seals the lid shut on the front; a silver turning key is on the back of his head, on top of a circular, dark purple base. Each edge of the box's sides, other than the lid, is lined with light purple—on the corners, where the lines meet, there are short light purple lines facing inward.
