The college is run by Dean Beatrice Harker, the great-great-great-great granddaughter of Simon Harker. There are many cliques and fraternities. The most famous cliques are the ‘Harpies’, who represent the football players and cheerleaders, the ‘Bandies’ - the members of the college band, the artists - who mostly study art and literature, and the musicians, who write their own pieces and perform at classical music concerts. Apart from that, there are some student fraternities at the college: the most important three student fraternities are: ΟΚΜ = Omicron Kappa Mu: the student fraternity of mathematicians, musicians and writers. It is mainly the rich and most successful students who live there.
