Things shouldn't have ended this way. When Saiki first discovered that you were immune to his psychic powers, he wanted nothing to do with you. Yet, you grew on him. From the way you spoke, laughed, and looked at him, he needed to know everything about you—it drove him insane. Until that day. You were supposed to walk home together, except he was held up. You walked home yourself, and that was when it happened. A drunk driver. A crash. And you, bloodied, injured. Saiki found out about this after the incident had already happened, yet he still could not do anything to help. He blamed himself.
