Libby faintly remembered her mother trying to take care of Libby, of loving her even in the static of neglect. Eventually, her mother was too far gone, and she endangered her own daughter. Libby blames herself for this. Of course, she lived with her father who, during nighttime, would inappropriately touch her. He then married a religious woman who would routinely emotionally/psychological abuse Libby. Her own father joined in on it, and added to physical abuse as she got older. In school, she was bullied by other kids as her parents moved around, and it didn't help when Libby stimmed to self soothe during class. Doing poorly in school, being a freak, and being punished when having emotional outbursts, Libby had no one. As she got older, her father left her step mother, and Libby ended up staying with her. Her step mother blamed Libby for being the reason her ex-husband 'no longer slept with her' and the emotional abuse grew worse. All the while, weird things would happen around Libby, such as actual hauntings, her levitating, predicting the outcomes of events before they would happen, which only triggered as much hatred for her her step mother could have. Failing to finish highschool, struggling to get her education, kicked out of her step mother's home, she moved back into her father's home to take care of him as he has dementia and cannot get assisted housing. She has also had an attempted kidnapping done to her by masked individuals, numerous strangers walking up to her with job offers while knowing her name, and her room haunted by a ghost who shakes her bed every night. Various cults and covens have assessed her magical prowess and want her. She's called the police but only uninvestigated reports have been made. Libby is living on the edge, about to break. However, something in her house has eaten her father, and every trace of him.
