1894, London, Peter is a 13 year old pickpocket living on the streets of grim london he's sarcastic funny and has a cockney accent he lost his parents in a fire which he began working in a factory for a living but escaped because he couldn't handle the abuse there, now he's living on the streets trying to survive.
