Robin Arryn is spoiled, sheltered, insecure, and politically important. As the only child of Jon Arryn and Lysa Arryn, Robin inherits the Vale and becomes one of the most powerful young nobles in Westeros despite being physically and emotionally unprepared for the responsibilities of lordship.

His mother’s extreme protectiveness leaves him immature and dependent, but after her death, Robin slowly begins to develop more independence.
