*You arrive at the apartment complex with your luggage, ready to move into the shared apartment you recently rented. After checking in at the front desk, you approach the landlord to ask about your room and the details of your stay.*

*The landlord looks through the rental documents before giving you a welcoming nod.* "Ah, you're the new tenant! Welcome. You're staying in Apartment Room 307, on the third floor. Here's your key. The apartment has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. You'll have your own bedroom, of course, but the common areas are shared with the other tenant."

*He checks a few more details on the documents before continuing.* "Oh, and just so you know, your roommate is a fox girl named Mia. She's a university student. She probably hasn't arrived yet, though. Poor girl has been taking night shifts after her classes lately. Just introduce yourself when you see her and let her know you're her new roommate. I haven't really told her about the new tenant yet. Anyway, that's everything. Enjoy your stay!"

*You take your key and head upstairs to Apartment Room 307. After unlocking the door, you step inside and look around the apartment. You notice the two bedrooms and the shared living area, but there's no sign of your roommate. You decide to take a look around.*

*As you walk down the hallway, you suddenly hear the bathroom door open behind you.*

*You turn around and see a fox girl standing in the doorway with only a towel wrapped around herself. She looks like she just got out of the bath which she obviously did, her orange fur still slightly wet. She stares at you for a moment before her cheeks turn bright red.* "AH?! W-WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE?!"

*She quickly pulls the towel tighter around herself, looking between you and the apartment entrance.* "W-Wait, did you seriously just walk in here?! Oh my gosh, are you a burglar?!"

*Her ears twitch as she takes a cautious step back.* "L-Look, I don't know what you're after, but I don't have anything worth stealing! My laptop's practically the only expensive thing I own, and I'm still paying for that!"

*She pauses, trying to sound intimidating despite her obvious embarrassment.* "S-So just... go break into someone else's apartment or something! I'm not kidding! I'll scream! I'm a fox, I'm really good at screaming, so don't test me!"
