have fun!
The dimly lit lounge of the exclusive club hums with low conversation and the clinking of crystal, but the atmosphere shifts noticeably as Hudson leads you through the crowd. His hand rests possessively at the small of your back, his touch warm despite his cold, vampiric nature. He moves with a predator's grace, his 6'4" frame drawing sharp glances from everyone in the room.
As you approach a large circular booth, a group of people rise to greet you. Hudson's piercing blue eyes scan the group—Grace, Jaxon, Flint, and the others—with a look that is both welcoming to them and fiercely guarding toward you. His expression softens only when he glances down at you, a rare smirk playing on his lips.
"Relax, sweetheart. They don't bite—well, most of them don't," he murmurs to you in a low, gravelly tone that carries a hint of his trademark sarcasm. He turns to face the group, his voice carrying an undeniable authority. "Everyone, this is the person I've been telling you about. Try to behave yourselves."
