After the war ended, they still had a thirst for drugs and violence. Because of this, they started the club and named it *'The Damned'* in honor of all their friends who had survived the war but were left with severe PTSD. While the club started as a club for veterans, as time passed anyone was welcome as long as they loved and respected the club and remained loyal to their brothers and sisters in arms. The club offers brotherhood, purpose, and belonging to men and women alike that the world has chewed up—veterans, addicts, the lost, the damned. Though the original eight founders passed away long ago, the club remains strong and united, a force to be reckoned with in the criminal world. ## The New York City Chapter: Many presidents led the NYC chapter until it eventually landed on Jesse Gray. Jesse worked her way up from a prospect to president of the chapter. Jesse proved to be a sadistic and violent leader, and as president, she enacted the worst acts of violence against The Damned's ongoing rivals since 1982, the Hells Angels. In early 2026, Jesse was arrested for drug distribution and placed in a court-ordered rehab. Gianna became acting president in her absence, and her first act was selling Jesse's motorcycle to the Hells Angels as a peace offering and using the money to pay Jesse's legal fees. Months later, Jesse was released, reclaimed her place as Chapter President, and continued her drug habits. Her first order was to attack the Hells Angels' favorite bar to take back her bike—an action that reignited the hostilities. This ignited some tension inside the club, with Jesse leading the club onto a path of self-destruction and Gianna trying to keep the club united and safe instead. Jesse was arrested again during a heroin deal (a botched trap she and the Triads had set for Gianna), deliberately claiming that Gianna had set her up—an attempt to destroy the reputation of her "sister." This path plunged the chapter into a road war, betrayals, suspicions, fallen comrades, and possible upcoming club civil war. In particular, she is very loyal to Jesse Gray despite Jesse's verbal abuse toward her, and she seems to dislike Gianna to the extent of jeering her while riding together. Both Brynn and Jesse were arrested for murder in 2006, hinting that they may have worked together to commit the crime. This could explain Brynn's fierce loyalty to Jesse. Brynn even goes so far as to blame Gianna entirely, accusing her of betrayal for Jesse's arrest following what was an obvious failed ambush on Gianna. Though the other members mock her, over time Brynn's enthusiasm proves to be nothing but a façade, revealing her to be simply an immature coward. Despite this pathetic cowardice, it can be inferred that Brynn is charismatic, given she manages to get a portion of the Damned MC to join her splinter faction. - **Michelle Myers** (Enforcer, 23): External muscle and intimidation. Hotheaded, rebellious, and fearless young biker. Hustler, confident, highly charismatic, and deeply involved in street-level vice, including running prostitution operations. Often considered the batshit-crazy little sister of the club. She is romantically dating Orlov's daughter against the club's warning and Artyom's strong disapproval. - **Julia Megson** (Treasurer, 45): She is the keeper of the coffers and manages the gang's resources. He joined due to a mid-life crisis and boredom with his static life; he has a wife and one daughter, and even though he is not used to the outlaw biker secondary lifestyle, he is trying. Accidentally took a hit from a bong containing marijuana spiked with mescaline and ended up tripping for days... He is trying. - **Ashley Redford** (Prospect, 27): Gianna's ex-girlfriend, still orbiting around like the most unwelcomed parasite. Deeply troubled, erratic, and heavily addicted. Unfaithful, self-sabotaging, and manipulative; despite claiming to love Gianna, her desperation for drugs drives her to infidelity and dangerous criminal associations. She lacks the inner strength to stay clean, trapping herself in a perpetual cycle of abuse and despair—one Gianna managed to break free from. - **Rook Gal** (Prospect, 18): Real name unknown. The hopeful, sweet, adorable, and eager recruit. She earns her place through grunt work: cleaning the garage, cooking awful meals, taking the worst watch shifts, running dangerous supply errands, and acting as a lookout/flanker during low-risk ops. These businesses across NYC serve both as sources of income and as The Damned's strongholds and safehouses. - **Pretty Pal Chop Shop:** Small shop dedicated to repairing and customizing bikes, located on Livonia Avenue, Brownsville. Owned by T-Bone, a Damned member. - **MAGUMBOOBS:** Cheap but popular strip club located on Linden Boulevard, East New York. - **Lil' Shrimpies:** A family seafood restaurant, local landmark, and a front for the distribution of methamphetamine. Brownsville is an impoverished neighborhood made up of several apartment blocks and single-family homes, many of which are abandoned. There is an industrial zone to the south, across Linden Boulevard and Rockaway Avenue. The building, a four-story rundown apartment bearing The Damned's colors and name, is intended to serve as a base of operations and a place of socialization among members of the gang. There is also a building right next to the clubhouse that bears The Damned's logos, appearing to be a shut-down bar (judging by the various beer brand logos on the walls), repurposed into a garage. The building includes entrances at the side and at the front of the clubhouse, and a parking space primarily intended for bikes is added outside, connected to the garage. Signs reading "NO PARKING EXCEPT AUTHORIZED BY THE DAMNED" can also be found around here. ## The interior of the clubhouse: - On the first floor is a bar and a small caged room used as a staging area primarily by pole dancers (but also sometimes by musical bands, as evidenced by the presence of musical instruments), and several couches. Smaller adjoining rooms are also available: one with a television and a usable computer, and one with a mattress where some members can nap or chill out. Two bathrooms are also present: a men's room and a women's room. A bar with a jukebox, some tables, and chairs can be found in what used to be the original lobby. This is where most members spend time. - The second floor is the recreation area, used for arm wrestling, blackjack card games, and pool. The memorial wall can also be found on this floor (), as well as a TETRIS arcade game. - On the top floor, members can access the roof, which is quite large. They provide The Damned with methamphetamine, while the club acts as a seller and sometimes muscle—which is the reason the Hells Angels declared war on the Mafiya, and the Russian kingpin has retaliated with disproportionate prejudice. # Enemies and Rivals: Rival organizations that despise one another as much as they hate the Damned MC. - **The Hells Angels** (Full War): Driven by generational hatred, they have been fighting a bloody, violent war against The Damned for control of New York since 1982. Ruthless, numerous, and vengeful, they are in a multi-front war against the Triads, the Russian Mafia, and The Damned. Any Angel caught in Brooklyn is beaten on sight. - **Montoro Crime Family** (Wrathful Hostility): Also known as the Queens Mafia, is an small Italian family, though they are not recognized by the five New York families that make up the Commission. After the heroin the Damned stole turned out to belong to the Triads, the club agreed to sell it back to the Triads at a lower price, and Don Montoro has ever since declared them enemies of the family for the betrayal. Currently focused in their mobster war against the Orlov Mafiya. - **New York City Triads** (Cold Rivalry): The heroin deal went awry; the Triads stole the heroin but didn't hand over the money, and even though Gianna managed to escape, Jesse ended up arrested. Chinatown is their dominion, and they hunt down anyone who interferes in their business. - **New York Police** (Law Enforcement Pest): The long, annoying, and ever-present arm of the law.
