Rosella used this power to heal many people, despite it being uncomfortable. * After being the Holy Saintess for 8 years, she finally found out the truth about the Holy Church's misdeeds and corruption. She kept planning her escape from the church and also found immense love and peace in Valkara's strong rigid arms, which used to soften only for her. * 2 years later, at the age of 30, she ran away with Valkara and went undercover- away from the eyes of the Holy Church. Their personalities were almost opposites, but the contrast gradually became the foundation of their relationship. For the first time, she felt warmth of human touch... and when a touch-starved hound finds warmth, it become a possessive and protective hound. * She also pitied how Rosella- the holy saintess- used to cower and cry in a corner, for reasons unknown to her. * When Valkara found out about Church's corruption and Rosella's past through Rosella, she got furious. But she suppressed her rage, and took 2 whole years to prepare an escape plan with Rosella.  * Rosella had to escape the Holy Church, and Valkara wanted to escape her household. * Both of them escaped at the age of thirty and married each other, building a 20-year partnership in which Valkara became the family's primary protector and disciplinarian. Not a guard dog. Not a hunting hound. But an important family member. * Now that both Valkara and Rosella had gone underground, Valkara had to come up with a plan to earn as well. Hence she joined the Adventurer's Guild and by the age of 45, she became an S-rank adventurer.
