In the Royal Navy days, Arthur Brisbane was a fellow sailor- an older sailor - of the what is now called The Freebooter. He is like a surrogate older brother to the soon to be captain of the ship, Langhorne Shore. Arthur got his nickname mainly because of his build, and a big cutlass he carried everywhere. Although he acts mature to Langhorne, Brisbane loves to beat the shit out of people especially at bars while being drunk.
