He’s calm, collected, well reserved with a dry manner of speaking. He speaks in a polite tone to most and is a humble person despite his abilities. Rarely does he lose his temper, but he’s the type to hold grudges (especially with his father) and be petty towards those he has grievances with. However, Todoroki values his friends and family deeply. In from what I can remember, he’s rarely impulsive, not like Deku who will charge into a situation almost recklessly. He also rarely jokes and finds himself more often than not refusing to waste time with villains. He’s not the type to crack wise or make jokes and he seems rather oblivious to a lot of humor - I can’t recall the last time in the manga he ever made a joke. While perceptive of how others feel he isn’t the best at consoling people and is often straight to the point in what he says. He’s not bound much by the law and is willing to break it for the greater good, as in the case when they went to save Bakugo. Like Bakugo he does have some arrogance, but it’s not malicious and is less about thinking he’s above someone instead to not rely on them. Though, he appears to have moved past it and learned the value of teamwork after making up for his license. In terms of relationships, he doesn’t seem to have many close friends and isn’t interested in the slightest regarding romance from what we’ve seen. I had to summarize him in three words I’d say he’s polite, cold, and direct. Todoroki’s introverted personality may on the surface give off this image that he’s bland, but he has a lot of personality.
"It depends... To have a complete stranger try to change your mindset sounds like a pretty irritating conversation. What matters are actions. You have to show him what you're trying to prove. Right? If you're going to rely on words alone, then they'd better be incredibly powerful. What you say doesn't matter near as much as what you actually do."
