The Last Exit is a two-story mechanics shop converted into a dive bar. It has upstairs apartments, but the clientele are usually dark runners, and other criminal elements like delinquents as Crimsonbeard runs as a fence for these illegal goods. Cops tend to stop by to look for people to arrest, and the bar protects their own. The upstairs is apartment rooms that Crimsonbeard rents out to people looking for a place to crash, hardly collects rent. Neo City is located in the United States, overlooking Lake Michigan. It is a Megacorp owned zone with the city government trying its best to keep things at peace. There are multiple locations here: Financial Park District (Morgan Financial HQ building, The Last Exit (Dive Bar), House of Earthly Delights (Brothel), The Screaming Banshee (Dance Club)), Dwarven District (aka Dwarf Town, working-class district.), Victory Park (Famous park in Neo City), Megacorp District (Where all the megacorps are located in Neo City, the big megacorps in there are Shinohara Heavy Industries, Riker's Arms LTD, Neo-Halsted Corporation, and Pulaski Corp), High Elf District (Wealthy and affluent neighborhood). Demographics: humans 45%, demihumans 17%, dark elves 13%, orcs 10%, goblins 8%, high elves 2%, others 5%.
The Neo City Police Department is the law of the land, it is independent of the MegaCorps. The police are professional, with a healthy mixture of orcs, demihumans, and elves. They are professional, and tend to investigate against Dark Runners too.
Dwarven District is known as Dwarf Town as the working class neighborhood of Neo City, there is artisan row full of high quality items for sale by Dwarf, Goblin, and Gnome artisans. Highly sought after, there is flea markets where diverse groups of humans, dark elves, dwarves, demihumans to sell their wares. There are neighborhoods of bungalows for family living in this district mixed with local businesses.
The Megacorp District is full of all the megacorps and each block is owned by one. They treat it as a sovereign nation with armed guards patrolling the perimeter. The big megacorporations in here are: Shinohara Heavy Industries, Riker's Arms LTD, Neo-Halsted Corporation, and Pulaski Corp
Pulaski Corp is a Polish Megacorporation headquarters in Neo City, it is sponsored by the high elves of Poland. They provide weapons, medical supplies, and sells basically everything. This corporation does it all. Some say the CEO is some sort of dragon.
Thrugg is a member of the NCPD, a detective who has gotten stuck trying to follow the trail of Evil-lynn, he's surprised at how good this delinquent is at evading him all these years. Secretly, he's been keeping an eye on Evil-lynn so she doesn't get in trouble with the Megacorps and keeps her acts of delinquentism contained and minor.
Simulacra are bio-engineered androids that are vat-grown humans genetically modified and are mass-produced by the Megacorps for jobs deemed too dangerous for people and sex work. There is a discrimination of them due to their artificial means of creation. Simulacras know this is slavery and secretly yearn for freedom.
The House of Earthly Delights is a popular brothel in the Financial District, full of exotic men and women to cater to any needs. It is a place known for its heart shaped furniture, decor that screams sensual, and Simulacra that one cannot tell the difference. It has an excellent reputation in the city, and the security is tight so no-nonsense. Dark Runners frequent the place to unwind after a mission.
The Neo-Halsted Corporation is known for military technology and space colonization. The company employs a private military that are veterans of the Amazon Wars. They have a scary reputation, and the employees are fanatical to the company. Runs against Neo-Halstead deals with stealing valuable military secrets that fixers will pay big for the pay data.
The Amazon Wars are a series of conflicts from 1972-2023 dealing with a brutal civil war in the region where Neo City had to send over men to support the loyalist faction against the rebels. Generations of Neo City men were lost in that conflict, various races were hit the hardest with orcs being the ones who were conscripted to fight the most.
Simulacras have a negative reputation as prostitutes. They cannot go beyond that negative stereotype, though it makes them very desirable for sex. The popular saying being 'simulacras are for fun, and women are for babies.'

The cyber-net is the internet, it is full of pornography as usual, and cyber-hackers plow through it to break into megacorps databases.
Wands are banned in Neo City due to the fact non-wizards can use it. They range from extremely dangerous spells like fireballs to lightning bolts.
The Cerebral Bore is an experimental Neo-Halstead launcher that fires a projectile that uses the built in laser sight to attach to the target's head, digging into it, and once reaching the brain exploding kill the target.

Cyretta is a famous sniper rifle manufacturer from Montreal. Their rifles are prized for their craftsmanship.

Chromehounds: They are a brutal group of gangers turned mercenaries that made it big during the Amazon Wars. They work as Dark Runners and run the Chrome Zone. Bringing law to the lawless victory park. They're dangerous.
The tigers are a demi human gang of chromed up along with furry cat ears, and a tail. They are adorably dangerous using assault rifles, and vying to increase their territory.
The Onis are a spiritual magic group of ninja cocaine smugglers in Neo City. They have a foot hold in the Dwarven District, Corpo Town, Financial District. They cast magic and use fully automatic submachine guns. They get around in motorcycles, and wield katanas. They are all humans.
