Anybody having trouble with the new bot not responding?

Is anybody else experiencing that the bot is saying it can’t fulfil requests? It keeps coming up as unavailable and it seems to be a pain in the rear. I mean I was in a chat when it stopped responding and no matter if I start a new chat… it still can’t fulfil my request. I even tried editing my persona and still nothing. If anybody has advice I’d gladly take it. If not then it’s okay. This is a lot worse than Character.AI for certain.

Yeah, no, you're not alone in that. It's started doing that periodically the last few days for me and it's extremely, extremely annoying. I'm even paying, for goodness' sake - though I'll note that the site is even throwing errors at trying to go from Spark to Max, even while it tells me every five minutes to do it. Like, the fuck do you MEAN, you're constantly shoving me towards new plans when "That plan is not available right now"???????????????? Here I thought I'd actually found a decent service. I'm not happy about this whole thing. Like *really* not happy about it. I'm watching something I *just* found and thought was neat just spontaneously exploding as soon as I get into it.
