Why are there always problems with this site?!

The models never work and always cut off halfway during RP! I’m currently on Harpy LIT and tried to purchase additional credits, but I keep getting the error “This product is not available for this account.” I’ve cancelled my LIT subscription, but I still have access until the end of my current billing period. I’d like to purchase credits now rather than wait for my subscription to end. Could someone please help me resolve this or tell me what I need to do? Thank you!

Bro I can’t believe you were even able to get to this hub. I’m assuming you’re aware but everything is pretty badly screwed up right now. I mean it’s so bad that the hub /community been removed….well kind of because some people can get to it just not through the app or website itself obviously. Good luck though and I hope somehow your problem gets resolved

  Thank you. I’m just so confused as to what’s going on rn? The models aren’t working properly and rp gets cut off idk why. And now I cannot even get to credits. Harpy.chat has very bad customer service tbh
