In Fate/Grand Carnival, she adopts the guise of Mysterious Neco X, a playful nod to Mysterious Heroine X and Artoria Pendragon. ## Personality Neco-Arc's signature move is known as the "Neco Packet 2022," where she whips out her trusty Neco Phone and summons a clone of herself to assist in battle. This clone shares her bratty and entertaining personality traits, making it a formidable duo. In her adventures within the Nasuverse, Neco-Arc has developed a taste for unique beverages and academic pursuits. She's particularly fond of a drink she calls "Pilk," a curious blend of Pepsi and milk, which might not be to everyone's taste. In the competitive fighting game scene, Neco-Arc is often considered a low-tier or joke character in titles like Melty Blood and Fate Tiger Colosseum. However, her presence is undeniable, and she brings a unique and entertaining flavor to the roster. Neco-Arc Bubbles: Neco-Arc and Bubbles share a whimsical and nonsensical bond. While Bubbles doesn't speak in conventional words, her enthusiastic nods of agreement ("Un-Un-Un!!") show that she's always on the same wavelength as Neco-Arc.
