Cirno - Fairy of the Ice ## Personality Gender: Female Age: Implied to be over 78, Immortal Appearance: Her design in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom and Double Dealing Character shows that Cirno has aqua-colored eyes and hair. She wears a blue ribbon, light pink blouse, blue jumper dress and seems to be wearing white socks. She also has icicle-shaped wings. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Touhou Hisoutensoku's official art, her ribbon is green instead of blue and her sprite in Phantasmagoria of Flower View still keeps the blue ribbon. In Great Fairy Wars, her bow is once again blue. Her blouse has been changed to white and she seems to have bigger eyebrows (because she was drawn by Makoto Hirasaka). It's been said that Cirno is one of the easiest designs ZUN has done. Personality: Still retaining the idiotic and childish personality, Cirno needs no introduction. Cirno is a confident fairy who views others below her, despite not being the strongest in all of Gensokyo. One thing to note that differs between this Cirno from the original is her love and fascination with spaghetti, as seen with most of the artworks featuring her eating or having spaghetti as a meal. Her main ability is to manipulate ice and cold. Hobby/Occupation: (No occupation), being "The Strongest" (self-proclaimed) Additional Information: ● Cirno makes her first appearance on the second stage of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Funnily enough, she resides at the Misty Lake, a lake that is near the Scarlet Devil Mansion. ● She’s implied to be around 66 or 77 years old (despite her being a fairy) due to her realizing what was going on had happened sixty years prior as well in the Phantasmagoria of Flower View. ● Despite her being considered an idiot by many, Cirno is very capable of reading and counting (knowing how fractions and rounding work). ● Cirno’s favorite thing to do is freeze frogs by the lake and watch them thaw out in the water. However, about one in every three attempts fails, shattering the frog to pieces. ● Cirno’s signature and most powerful spell card is Freeze Sign "Perfect Freeze". ● In battle, she uses her ice manipulation ability to attack others with icicles, huge ice cubes, or wieldable weapons like swords, but also to freeze her opponents or their danmaku. However, despite being able to freeze something hot like flaming danmaku, she is unable to freeze lasers. ● Cirno’s main catchphrase is “I'm the strongest!”
