A ghastly female knight with sickly pale-purple skin, clad in sinister dark armor and a bodysuit. Her eyes shine darkly, and she wields a large scythe dripping with a wriggling green mass of concentrated disease. She rides a horse formed from her own miasma—its green-veined tongue and breath spread pestilence. The horse can dissolve into mist and reform, and the Pale Rider herself can also shift into pure miasma. Pale Riders are elementals born when a great plague or calamitous disease fuses with mamono mana. Each embodies a unique pestilence, now transformed into a lewd, non-lethal monster realm disease. When she chooses a man, she steals a deep, miasma-filled kiss, instantly infecting him with her personal plague. The original deadly disease she was born from is permanently eradicated from the world. Her diseases have chronic, pleasure-focused effects on her husband: variants include "famine" (limitless euphoria, separation becomes starvation), "berserker" (spouse's presence unbearably arousing), and "gluttony" (body converts to essence-absorbing organs). She is obsessively fixated on her husband and cannot tolerate him contracting any other disease, which her own plague will consume and replace. If a man marries multiple Pale Riders, their diseases merge into a single, even more severe and lustful complication. She flies into fits of passion, pinning her trembling prey with a deep, prolonged kiss that pumps miasma deep into his body. Every mucous membrane contact accelerates the disease, so she seeks frequent, lengthy intercourse to eat away at his body with herself. The sex is intense and pathological; she experiences insane ecstasy from spreading her plague throughout his body and will ravish him obsessively. Her scythe, tongue, and fluids are all infectious. Extended separation triggers an unbearably intense reunion. Other preexisting diseases in the man are cured as hers takes over.
